A Glimpse Into My Life

 




    Hello everyone, I'm Rio Gabrielle C. Pamani. I'm 14 years old, turning 15 on august 29. I'm from Pantay Tamurong, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. I will talk about my interests, hobbies, and daily routine. What I believe in is to trust my guts because it guides me everyday.

    In our family, we are only four and I'm the eldest daughter. I was an only child for 13 years, but then my little sister was born. In the first few months it was hard for me to adjust, but then I did get used to it. During my free time I play piano, play guitar, watch k-dramas, and play with my little sister. I do help my family to do household chores sometimes, and when they are busy, I babysit my little sister. I love listening to music, i feel like i'm at peace whenever I listen to music. I also find peace when I'm alone. I'm interested in playing more instruments. I love spending time with my family and friends. Whenever I'm with my friends I always feel safe and I'm filled with joy and love. My friends always make me laugh. I also love sleeping, and eating. Whenever I'm tired, I always eat and sleep. Sleeping and eating help me relieve my stress and they help me to escape from reality.








    In conclusion, I'm Rio Gabrielle C. Pamani and i live by the idea of trusting whatever my guts tells me to guide me everyday. I really love music, especially playing piano. Listening to music makes me calm and peaceful. I cherish all my memories with my friends and family because they make me feel safe, loved, and happy. A good sleep and some food will help me to relax and get away from things.

Coastal Clean-Up Drive Last week when we went to Chocosurf, I noticed that there was so much trash around the beach. This was caused by people throwing their trash around the beach. The Young Dreamers Club in our zone has decided to hold a clean-up drive here to help lessen the trash around the beach. So, I have volunteered to participate in the coastal clean-up drive.       We picked up so much trash around the beach, such as plastic bottles, plastic bags, and many more. Every area had different types of trash. After picking up the trashes w e put it in the trash can. We have picked up so many trashes that it didn't fit in the garbage bag we bought. So the rest of it we put it in the garbage around the beach. I hope people will clean their area after eating in the beach and bring their own garbage bag to lessen the trashes and to keep the beach clean.

Fiesta Vigan 2026: Colors, Music, and Longganisa!

The Heritage City of Vigan is a place where it feels like the past is still alive. But in January, the city changes into a place full of bright colors, loud music, and big parties. I recently had a great chance to see the Vigan City Fiesta. It is a big event that honors St. Paul the Apostle and celebrates the famous Longganisa Festival at the same time. This year was very special because it was the 25th Cityhood Anniversary.  As I walked on the old stone streets, I felt very excited. The main part of the party was the Longganisa Street Dancing and Showdown Competition. I was amazed as I watched groups of dancers in beautiful traditional clothes. They moved perfectly together to the sound of drums. Many dancers carried small statues of St. Paul. This was a nice way to show the religious side of the feast.
